If someone may be monitoring this device, visit from a phone or computer they have never had access to.

Make it stop.

Someone is watching, tracking or harassing you online. We find out how they’re getting to you, cut off every way in, and build the evidence police and courts need to stop them.

In person in Montréal and New York City. Remote help across Canada and the US.

You shouldn’t have to change your number, delete your accounts or move to feel safe. Our job is to make sure the person doing this runs out of options.

What we stop

Stalkers rarely use one method. We check every route they could be using, so closing one door doesn’t leave another open.

Spyware on your phone or computer
We look for stalkerware, hidden apps, rogue device profiles and remote-access tools, then remove them safely.
Accounts they can get into
Email, iCloud, Google, banking and social media. We find shared passwords, linked devices and recovery options they control, and take them back.
Location tracking
AirTags and other Bluetooth trackers, GPS devices on vehicles, shared-location settings, and connected car apps.
Harassment from fake accounts
We document every account, report it through the right channels, and preserve what’s needed to link it back to one person.
Your information and images exposed
Addresses, phone numbers and private images posted online. We find where they are and file the removal requests.
Smart home devices turned against you
Cameras, doorbells, speakers and thermostats that someone else still has access to.

How it works

Cutting off a stalker’s access can tell them you’ve noticed. That’s why every step is planned around your safety first.

  1. A private first conversation

On the channel you choose, at a time that’s safe. We listen, assess the risk, and agree on a plan before touching anything.

  2. A full safety check

Your phone, computers, accounts, car and home devices, checked in person or remotely.

  3. Lockdown

We remove what doesn’t belong, secure every account, and time it with you so you stay in control.

  4. Your evidence report

A dated, organized record of what we found, ready for police, a lawyer, or a protective-order application.

  5. We stay in your corner

Follow-up checks, and a direct line back to us if it starts again.

Two cities, in person

Some checks are best done with your devices in the room. We work on the ground in both cities and remotely everywhere else.

Montréal

In-person appointments across Greater Montréal, at a location that’s safe for you.

New York City

Regular in-person availability across the five boroughs, by appointment.

Anywhere else

Secure remote sessions for clients across Canada and the United States.

Who you’ll be working with

Sanctuary CyberGuard was founded by a cybersecurity specialist trained at McGill University.

People being stalked online are too often told to log off, change their number or ignore it. We take the opposite view: the person who should have to change is the one doing it. You’ll work with the same specialist from your first conversation to your final report.

Our promises to you

Questions people ask us

Will the person know I’m getting help?

Not from us. Some changes, like removing spyware or changing a password, can be noticed by the person watching. We plan the timing of those changes with you, and if you’re in a dangerous situation we’ll help you connect with a support organization first.

Can you tell me who is doing this?

Often the evidence points clearly to one person. Formally identifying someone behind an anonymous account usually takes police or a court order, and our evidence report is built to support exactly that.

Do I need to go to the police first?

No. Many clients come to us first so they arrive at the police station with organized evidence. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911 before anything else.

Can you help if I don’t live in Montréal or New York?

Yes. Most phone and account checks can be done in a secure remote session anywhere in Canada or the US.

What does it cost?

Your first conversation is free. After it, we give you a fixed price for the work before anything starts.

Tell us only what you’re comfortable sharing. A first name or nickname is fine.

Use a device and email account the person has never had access to. If they might see your messages, choose a contact method only you can see.
